Digital Services Act

Last updated:

Information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.

Single point of contact

For authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11), and for users of the service (Article 12): hello@storelift.net.

We accept messages in English and Turkish.

Reporting illegal content

Report content you believe is illegal — for example in a shared link or a note — to hello@storelift.net (Article 16). Please include:

  • why you consider the content illegal;
  • the exact address (URL) of the content;
  • your name and email address, unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.

How we decide

We confirm receipt, review the report with care and without arbitrariness, and tell you the decision and the options to contest it.

If we restrict content or an account, the person affected gets a statement of reasons (Article 17): what we did, the facts, the legal or contractual ground, and how to contest it. They can reply to that statement to ask for a review.

Terms and moderation

The rules for what may be shared on Storelift are in the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
