Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated:
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It keeps the service reliable for everyone and keeps your apps in line with the stores' rules.
Accounts and access
- Use your own account, or one you are invited to. A seat is for one person.
- Connect only store, ad and analytics accounts you are allowed to use.
- Do not try to reach other customers' data, probe for weaknesses or get around plan limits. To report a security issue, write to us; details are in
/.well-known/security.txt.
Automated access
Use the API or the MCP server for automation. Scraping storelift.net or the dashboard with bots is not allowed.
Store rules
Storelift helps you work within the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies. Do not use it to manipulate the stores: paid or fake reviews, incentivised ratings, or metadata that misleads users.
AI features
- Review reply drafts and text suggestions are yours to check before you publish them.
- Do not use them to impersonate someone, to mislead users or to produce unlawful content.
Shared links and notes
Share links and notes only with content you have the right to share. Do not use them for unlawful content or for other people's personal data without a legal basis.
Data
Reselling Storelift data, or rebuilding the Hive dataset for others, is covered by the API Terms and not allowed.
How we enforce it
We may limit a feature, revoke a key or suspend an account when this policy is broken. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law does not allow it. Reply to that email to ask for a review; a person reads every reply.
Reporting misuse
Write to hello@storelift.net. For illegal content, see DSA.
