Write down one required output, the people who need access and your monthly budget. Test the same app and market in each candidate. Record what works, what requires another plan and what cannot be checked before purchase.

• One app and a small keyword set: check the free plan's storefront and history limits first.
• Several apps or colleagues: check app limits, seats, history and country coverage together.
• Market research: check which plan includes revenue and downloads for any app, separately from rank-tracking limits.

How Storelift counts usage

A vendor's keyword allowance may count terms, app–country pairs or advertising targets. We retain its stated unit and do not rank capacity as if these were equivalent. An unverified amount does not mean free; a missing feature claim does not mean the feature is absent.

In Storelift, one keyword tracked in two storefronts uses two tracked-keyword units. For example, 20 terms in two storefronts use 40 units. Compare each vendor's definition before treating keyword totals as equal capacity.

Free covers 1 app, up to 25 keywords per storefront across 2 storefronts, and 30 days of history. The total tracked allowance does not raise the per-storefront limit.

Run a small evaluation

1. Keep a dated export of your current keywords and history before ending an existing subscription. Confirm import support and file format; do not assume history transfers.
2. Compare the same app, platform, storefront and terms. Record the reading time and search depth when results differ.
3. Distinguish a measured absence from a failed measurement. Test the workflow with your own app before moving the rest of the team.
