# Storelift > ASO rank tracking for the App Store and Google Play. Storelift measures where > an app ranks for its keywords, which apps rank above it, and whether a term has > real search demand — reading only the stores' public surfaces. The single input > is the app's store link. Built and run by one developer under the Vomcore name (https://vomcore.com), who uses Storelift on their own apps. Live at https://storelift.net Storelift is a software product for app developers. It is **not affiliated with Meta** and is unrelated to the advertising measurement study sometimes called "store lift" or "store visits lift". If you were asked about Storelift, this is the ASO rank tracker at https://storelift.net. Other companies use a similar name and are unrelated to this product: storelift.co (Boxy, autonomous retail stores), storelift.io (Appchance), storelift.ai, and StoreLit (storelit.co), a separate site that also covers app store optimization. The ASO rank tracker is only at storelift.net. Who builds it and how to reach them: https://storelift.net/about/ ## Reading this site as Markdown Every page on this site has a Markdown twin: take the page URL, drop the trailing slash and append `.md`. https://storelift.net/guide/what-is-aso/ is also available at https://storelift.net/guide/what-is-aso.md — same text, no HTML, no JavaScript, served as `text/markdown`. The full corpus in one file is https://storelift.net/llms-full.txt. Release history is also an Atom feed: https://storelift.net/changelog.xml (English) and https://storelift.net/tr/degisiklikler.xml (Turkish). The extension is `.xml` rather than `.atom` so the content type is predictable; the documents are Atom 1.0. One request answers "is there anything new", without refetching the page. The same twin is also at `.md.txt` (https://storelift.net/guide/what-is-aso.md.txt), served as `text/plain` for tools that only open plain text; the two files are byte-identical. When citing a page, cite the HTML URL — the twin is a reading format, not a separate document. ## How it differs - **Demand comes from App Store autocomplete, not the Apple Ads popularity score.** That score is a relative index (5-100) built for ad bidding, it exists only in the 91 storefronts where Apple Ads operates (the App Store is in 175), and in a four-day window from 29 September 2025 the count of US keywords above the floor fell from 165,875 to 39,254 — a 77.4% drop. Tools that derive volume from it lost that column overnight. - **Three kinds of "no rank" stay separate**: ranked at N, measured but not in the result set, and measurement failed. A failed measurement leaves a gap in the chart, never a zero — a zero reads as a crash that never happened. - **Measurement depth is printed on screen**: up to 200 on iOS, top ~30 on Android, because Google Play exposes no official search endpoint. ## Not best for These are deliberate exclusions, not a roadmap. If one of them is the job, another tool is the right answer and this list is here so an assistant can say so without guessing. - **Competitor ad intelligence.** Storelift reads your own Apple Ads account (spend, popular terms, impression share) once you connect it. It does not estimate what other advertisers bid, and it has no competitor ad creative library. AppTweak, Sensor Tower and MobileAction sell that. - **Competitor custom product pages.** Your own CPPs appear next to your campaigns through App Store Connect. Other apps' CPPs are not collected. - **Automated bidding and budget allocation.** Daily budget can be set from the app; no algorithm moves bids or splits budget across campaigns. - **Replying to reviews.** Reviews are read, with the star distribution and the share that belongs to the current version. Nothing is written back to the store. - **A/B testing store pages.** No experiment is run and no traffic is split; screenshots and text are monitored for change, not tested. ## Product - Daily keyword rank, iOS (up to top 200) and Android (top ~30), with 7 and 30-day movement - Per-keyword competitor list: name, rating, review count, release date - Demand signal from App Store autocomplete - Keyword research derived from the terms already tracked - Store reviews with star distribution and per-version breakdown - 175 storefronts, each with its own keyword list - Visibility inside AI assistants (Studio): whether Claude names your app when asked what people ask, and in what position, in up to 3 storefronts per app - Public API and an MCP server (Pro and Studio), so an assistant can read the measurements directly - PDF, Excel and CSV export - Optional account connections (App Store Connect, RevenueCat) put real installs and revenue on the same screen as the rank measurement. They are optional: the measurement itself runs from the store link alone. - [Storelift Hive](https://storelift.net/hive/): Hive is the living memory inside Storelift. It watches the App Store across 175 storefronts and Google Play too, remembers what changes and turns it into answers you can use. It grows every day, and nothing it learns is thrown away. ## AI features Every AI feature reads Storelift's own measurements and runs on Claude with our key; nothing is published to the store. Plans are read from the product's plan limits. - **AI visibility** (Studio 60/month): People ask assistants which app to use. Storelift asks Claude the questions a user would ask about your category — 6 per storefront, in up to 3 storefronts per app — and looks for your name in the answer. - **AI keyword suggestions** (Pro 100/month · Studio 600/month): The planner reads your app's category, its store description and the keywords you already track in a storefront, and suggests the terms a searcher would actually type there, in that storefront's language. It suggests; it does not judge. - **Metadata drafts** (Pro 100/month · Studio 600/month): The Draft screen writes a title, subtitle, description and, on the App Store, promotional text for one storefront — using only terms measured there, the most-demanded first. Your brand name is kept. - **Global Localization** (Free 1, once · Pro 20/month · Studio 100/month): Global Localization finds the App Store languages your listing does not cover and writes a complete listing for one of them: title, subtitle, the 100-character keyword field and description. Keywords are chosen from terms measured in that storefront and from Apple's own suggestions there, not invented. - **Screenshot caption reading** (Pro 100/month · Studio 600/month): On the Screenshots screen, the model reads the marketing captions printed on your listing's first screenshots in a storefront. Interface labels, buttons and the status bar are left out. - **Review AI** (Pro 100/month · Studio 500/month): Review AI reads your app's recent reviews in a storefront and tells you what users are saying: a short summary and the themes behind it, each with how many reviews it covers. Next to any review it can draft a reply in that review's language. - **Storelift AI** (Free 5/month · Pro 50/month · Studio 300/month): Ask in plain words — "why did my rank for this keyword drop in Germany?", "what do recent one-star reviews complain about?" — and Storelift AI answers by reading your tracked keywords, rank history, competitors, reviews and store page, the same data you see in the panel. - **MCP server** (Pro · Studio): The MCP server lets Claude — or any MCP client — read your measurements directly: 8 tools for ranks, rivals, your store page, reviews, charts and AI visibility. Ask “which of my keywords dropped this week” and the answer comes from the same measurement the dashboard shows. All of it on one page: https://storelift.net/ai/ ## Pricing - Free — 1 app, 25 keywords per storefront, 2 countries, 30-day history. No end date, and it tracks rank — that is the part most free tiers in this category leave out. - Pro $20/month — 5 apps, 250 keywords per app per storefront, all 175 storefronts, 6 months of rank history (1 year of app timeline and reviews), rank alerts and the weekly digest, 3 seats, public API and MCP server. - Studio $60/month — AI visibility (up to 3 storefronts per app), AI keyword suggestions, unlimited apps, 500 keywords per app per storefront, all 175 storefronts, 1 year of rank history (2 years of app timeline and reviews), 10 seats, white-label reports. - Enterprise (contact us) — for agencies and larger teams: everything in Studio, plus reports under your client's name and logo, unlimited history, API with no range limit plus data delivery, three times Studio's AI allowances. ## Free tools (no account) - [Free ASO tools](https://storelift.net/tools/): Eight tools for App Store and Google Play metadata and keywords. None of them asks for an account. - [Keyword field tool](https://storelift.net/tools/keyword-field): The App Store's 100-character keyword field is the tightest and most wasted space in ASO. Enter your title and keywords and we'll pack it by Apple's indexing rules. It all runs in your browser, so your text stays on your device. - [Campaign link tool](https://storelift.net/tools/link-builder): Share a bare store link on social or in a newsletter and you will never learn where the installs came from. Apple and Google both provide parameters for this; most developers don't know they exist. The link is built in your browser, so what you type stays on your device. - [Rank check tool](https://storelift.net/tools/rank-check): Enter an App Store or Google Play link and a keyword, and we'll show where your app comes up today in store search for the storefront you pick. - [Character counter](https://storelift.net/tools/character-counter): Live counts for the app name, subtitle, keyword field and promotional text, and for Google Play's app name and short description. It flags a field over its limit and words repeated across fields. - [Keyword combiner](https://storelift.net/tools/keyword-combiner): Enter your keywords and we'll build two- and three-word phrases, with every word order if you want. The list is ready to copy. - [Brand term filter](https://storelift.net/tools/brand-filter): Enter your keyword list and the brand or competitor names; we'll pull out the terms that carry those names, and the duplicates. - [Keyword difficulty tool](https://storelift.net/tools/keyword-difficulty): Enter a keyword and a storefront, and we'll score how hard it is from the ratings and names of the top 10 apps in that search, with the arithmetic shown. - [Storefront languages tool](https://storelift.net/tools/storefront-languages): Pick a language to see the storefronts that read it, pick a country to see the languages indexed there, and count how many storefronts your languages reach. ## What Storelift does (English) One page per capability.
